Please contact us within 3 days of your order arriving to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A refund request does not mean that the refund will be granted, the case must be evaluated and approved.
To initiate a return you can contact us at: civetteria_@hotmail.com with the following information:
1.- Full name.
2.- Order number with date.
3.- Email, contact number and address.
4.- Name and quantity of products.
5.- Image.
6.- Brief description of the problem or reason.
If your return is approved, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 12 business days. Remember that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us. The cost of shipping must be covered in full by the customer. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

LOST PACKAGES
We are only responsible for packages lost in transit to their destination. If your order is marked as delivered and is lost at the final destination, we will not replace your order.
CHANGES
All our parts are inspected before shipping. If the item doesn't fit (ring or bracelets), we have a "3 days after arrival" exchange policy to change its size. Please contact me at: civetteria_@hotmail.com before returning an item.
It must also be in the original packaging. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
CANCELLATIONS
Our orders are final without exceptions.
EXCEPTIONS
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale pieces, gift cards or custom pieces.
FRAUDULENT OR OPEN FAKE CASES
If false cases or fraudulent orders are made or opened, legal terms will be made. Be nice to small businesses.
OTHER
Civetteria has no obligation to process any request after three days from the receipt of the order by the client.
Our pieces are handmade, therefore they are not completely standardized like those manufactured in series, so there may be slight differences in appearance between one piece and another, even if it is a piece of the same reference.
